Q
I have a small retail store. Which of your products can I purchase?
A
The majority of our product lines, including Christmas lights, are generally available only on a direct import basis FOB Asia. We stock a selected number of Lemax pieces in our Canadian warehouse with a minimum $250 order & would be pleased to send you a price list if you email us your store information.

Q
We have a Christmas light display company. Can we buy from you?
A
We do import product, to order only, once a year for display/OEM companies. Please contact us for details.

Q
I am looking for a specific Lemax item. Can you tell me where to buy it?
A
Sometimes! If it is available on the retail market in Canada we would be able to tell you at which store. Not all Lemax items are available at any one time in any store, sometimes searching on line to find an internet based Lemax Village retailer is your best bet.
O
Q
Can you send me a catalogue of all Lemax items?
A
No, Lemax does not publish a consumer catalogue. All their items can be viewed at www.lemaxcollection.com and those items we currently stock in Canada can be seen by clicking the link at the top of this page.

I have a set of Forever Bright LED lights with a current warranty that have stopped working. What do I do?
A
Warranty return instructions are given both on the box and on a separate sheet inside. You must return the defective set together with the purchase receipt and the bar code from the box to us, we will repair or replace & send back to you.
O
Q
If I just send you the receipt without the set, will you honour the warranty?
A
No. The defective set must be returned.

Q
I have a set of mini lights & only half of them work. Why is that, & what can I do?
A
Mini lights are all wired in series. This means that there must be a continuous flow of electrical current from one end to the other – if this is broken then none of the bulbs in that series will light. The most common cause is a bulb which is missing from, loose in or twisted in its’ socket. The wires at the base of each bulb must be touching the brass contacts in each socket. A 100 light set is actually 2 x 50 light sets wired together, so if half the set is not lighting it means the connectivity of that series has been broken. There is no real way to find the culprit other than trial & error, although you can purchase bulb testers at stores such as Home Hardware to help with this.
O
Q
If this is so, why does your packaging state that if one bulb goes out the rest will stay lit?
A
Mini bulbs have a “shunt” mechanism in them to carry the current in the event the filament blows. If a bulb fails then the shunt begins to operate, & all the other bulbs in the series stay on. The shunt will not keep the series lit however if any bulb is not seated properly in its socket.

I have a lighted reindeer that moves, but the motor has stopped working. Can I purchase another one?

Generally yes, although it depends on how old your item is. Email the details to us & we will see if we have a motor that will fit. Cost is $10 + shipping & tax.
